What is DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)?

DDP means all import duties, taxes, and customs fees are already included in your purchase price. You won't pay anything extra when your order arrives in South Africa.

No additional charges. All duties and taxes are included. Your order ships DDP from our local or overseas warehouse.

⚠️ Orders Over R2,000

You are responsible for customs charges. SARS (South African Revenue Service) may charge import duties and VAT when your order clears customs.

When Will I Be Charged?

For non-DDP orders, the courier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, Aramex) will contact you before delivery to collect customs duties and taxes. Payment is required before your parcel is released.

Warehouse Locations

China Warehouse (Default): Most products ship from our China warehouse. Orders under R2,000 are DDP (duties included). Orders over R2,000 may incur customs charges.

Hong Kong Warehouse: Some products ship from our Hong Kong warehouse. These products may incur import duties and taxes regardless of order value, and you'll be responsible for any customs charges.
